Surface Preparation:
Degrease the metal surface with white spirit.
Repair the surface using polyester filler and perform dry sanding with P280-P320.
Prime the surface with an anticorrosion primer.
Apply leveling primers and sand the surface.
Pot life: 1.5 hours at 20°C
Thinning:
Metallic thinner, up to 30% of the enamel mass.
Application Viscosity:
15-17 seconds at 20°C using B3-4 (DIN Cup 4).
Coating Thickness: 15-20 microns / 2 layers

Sanded factory coating (for enamel coatings with up to 1 year of service life, instead of sanding, "Anti-silicone" can be used)
Primed or filled surfaces
Surface Preparation:
Degrease the metal surface with white spirit.
Repair the surface using polyester filler and perform dry sanding with P280-P320.
Prime the surface with phosphating primer WASH PRIMER VL-02.
Apply leveling primers FILLER 6+1, FILLER 3+1, or FILLER HS.
Perform dry sanding with P320-P400 or wet sanding with P800-P1000.
Application Conditions:
Optimal temperature: +20°C
Minimum temperature: +15°C
Relative humidity: no more than 75%
Mixing:
Enamel: hardener: thinner = 4:1:1.5 (by weight)
Enamel: hardener: thinner = 4:1:1.6 (by volume)

Surface Preparation:
Degrease the metal surface with white spirit.
Repair the surface using polyester filler and perform dry sanding with P240-P320.
Prime the surface that has been sanded down to the metal using WASH PRIMER VL-02 anticorrosion primer.
Apply 2K acrylic primer (3+1, 4+1, or 5+1), followed by dry sanding with P320-P400 or wet sanding with P800-P1000.
Application Conditions:
Optimal temperature: +20°C
Minimum temperature: +15°C
Relative humidity: no more than 75%
Mixing: Enamel: hardener = 2:1
Pot life: 4 hours at +20°C
Thinning: Vikron thinner — 10-20%
Application Viscosity: 18-20 seconds at +20°C using B3-4 (DIN Cup 4).

Single-component acrylic primer is designed to insulate and level the repaired areas with a thin layer. Provides a reliable coating and is characterized by a short drying time.

A single-component primer designed for plastic parts, intended for the initial priming of plastic surfaces and enhancing adhesion of paint coatings. Suitable for use on plastic components, including polypropylene, without the need for flame treatment.

Substrates:
Most plastics used in the automotive industry.
Note: Vikron 1K cannot be applied to certain types of plastics (e.g., PE).
Not suitable for plastics sensitive to organic solvents, such as polystyrene (PS).

Use tack cloths to remove dust.

It is designed to dilute 2K acrylic primers, enamels, and lacquers to working viscosity.

Designed for thinning metallic enamels. Add directly before using the enamel.
